- You are responsible for verifying results before use

Client-Initiated Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service at any time, subject to the following terms:
- Deposits are non-refundable: Any deposit paid and time spent on the project are voided upon cancellation
- Final month maintenance required: One final month of maintenance fee is due at the time of cancellation
- File delivery: Upon receipt of final payment, all files, forms, documentation, and required information will be supplied to the cancelling party within 90 days

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
